As our Valued Agents/Affiliates, you are expected to abide by the rules and regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures of the company. Starlegends Adventures will never stop improving and providing added-value services that will help you with your day to day business operations and succeed with your Travel and Tours Business aligned with the objective of providing Customer Service Excellence.

Agreeing to our terms and conditions will mean that you have understood and accept full responsibility and accountability, and will escalate to further legal actions deemed necessary in case of breach.
TOP UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Agent/Affiliate must read and understand the terms and conditions stated in the form with due diligence. Agreeing to the terms and conditions means that the Agent/Affiliate has understood and accepted full responsibility and accountability of his/her obligations, and the company will escalate further legal actions deemed necessary in case of breach.
1. This is an agreement between you as the Agent and the company. Your clients are your responsibility, your clients are NOT within the scope of this agreement. You, as our Agent, is the person requesting for a Top Up to your Portal/s from the company. The company is the one providing the service to you, as our Agents. You are responsible for your Top Up Payment, whether it is you who have sent the money to us or your client. Because your client is your responsibility.
2. Valid Receipt and Payment Verification Policy. Your Top Up will only be processed if your receipt is VALID and your payment has been VERIFIED by our authorized officers. If your receipt is NOT valid, your Top Up will not be processed. You must wait for your payment to be verified first.
If you wish for us to proceed with your Top Up request even without a Valid Receipt and/or even if your payment has not yet been verified, you understand that you have to submit a Waiver that you AGREE and ACCEPTS your OBLIGATION TO PAY in case we did not receive the payment and UNDERSTANDS that the company may go through legal actions to settle your obligation and may impose penalties for damages. Upon submission of the Waiver, you must attach your Valid ID and your contact details.
Upon confirmation and submission of your Waiver, there is no assurance that the management will approve and the Admin will process your Top Up. This is still SUBJECT FOR APPROVAL of the management depending on your history. If you have any history of violations of our Policies and Procedures, the primary policy will prevail and your Top Up Request will not be processed.
3. Payment Discrepancies. In case we did not receive the EXACT amount of your Top Up Payment, you also understand and accept your obligation to pay any discrepancies. The company will also inform you and proceed to the next steps if there is any excess from your payments, whatever you decide to do with the excess, the Admin will proceed with that.
