Agreeing to our terms and conditions will mean that you have understood and accept full responsibility and accountability, and will escalate to further legal actions deemed necessary in case of breach.
1. This is an agreement between you as the Agent and the company. Your clients are your responsibility, your clients are NOT within the scope of this agreement. You, as our Agent, is the person borrowing an amount from the company. The company is the one providing the added-value service to you, as our Agents. You agree to pay and settle the amount borrowed from the company whatever the case may be with you and your client.
2. A Credit Fee of P100 will be charged for every P10,000 borrowed amount for the added-value service that is being provided.
3. Payment of the total borrowed amount plus the credit fee must be settled or paid within 24 hours.
- An additional Penalty Fee of P50 will be charged for every additional 24 hours delay of payment.
4. Submitting this Credit Top Up Form does not mean that your request will be immediately granted. This is for the approval of the management with consideration of the following:
a.) There is a limit as to the Number of Credit Top Up Requests that the company can provide on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
b.) There is a limit as to the extent of the Amount of each request and in Totality that the company can provide on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
c.) There is a limit to the capacity or capability of the company in providing the added-value services to its Valued Agents/Affiliates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
There is no assurance of the possibility that your request will be approved by the management.
