Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Email Address, Billing Address, Postcode and Phone Numbers.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You may be billed in advance on a recurring subscription. This subscription is referred to as a membership.
Affiliation
Starlegends Adventures runs an affiliation program through this platform that is based on a membership purchase. By agreeing to theses Terms & Conditions, you agree to reading the special Affiliate T&Cs that can be found in the ‘MY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT PAGE’. No recourse can be given by Starlegends Adventures to an affiliate that hasn’t read their Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to theses Terms & Conditions, the Affiliate T&Cs will be taken as read, understood and signed by the affiliate in accordance with Philippine Law making them binding.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the content you provide to the site. All content can be reviewed and taken down from the site at any time subject to the review from official representatives of Starlegends Adventures.

Starlegends Adventures connects people through courses, forums and advertising. Users (clients) and Instructors, advertisers or any other parties that aren’t directly from Starlegends Adventures are considered to be Third Parties. Any contact between Third Parties will be at the sole discretion between these third parties.
Starlegends Adventures shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third parties.
